At the beginning of the autumn school term, the brand-new plastic runway, donated and constructed by philanthropist Chen Haibo and alumni Zuo Pingsheng, Lin Huiyao, and others, was officially completed and put into use on the campus of Kuzong Middle School in Kuzongqiao Town. Covering an area of over 3,000 square meters, it benefits nearly 300 middle school students and 28 faculty members.
　　It is reported that the original sports facilities at Kuzong Middle School were outdated and had become inadequate for daily physical education classes and student activities. The entire faculty noticed this situation and were deeply concerned. The school leaders actively coordinated with local philanthropists and alumni to renovate the campus roads and build a brand-new sports field. Ultimately, with the coordination of all parties and the attention of the school leaders, the philanthropists and alumni laid a brand-new 230-meter plastic runway for the school. The plastic runway includes a new basketball court and a new volleyball court. The project took more than a month to complete, with a total investment of over 220,000 yuan
The school bid farewell to the old cement playground with poor comfort and ushered in a modern sports field that is brightly colored, safe, and professional. The new running track has greatly improved the quality of physical education classes, making recess activities safer and more diverse. Joy and gratitude permeate the entire campus
The school principal stated that they will live up to the sincere love and earnest expectations of caring individuals and alumni for "enabling children to receive quality education right at their doorstep".
